a day in the life of a firmware engineer

Installment 3 speaker, Mingqi (James) Zhang holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Computer Engineering from UCSD. During his 6 years at UCSD, he also worked as a Teaching Assistant for graduate courses. James currently serves as a Firmware Engineer at Schneider Electric, where he has been for three years. He specializes in developing firmware for the Triconex system, a critical safety and control solution used in high-hazard industries.
