Overview: A comprehensive 16-session curriculum that blends medical theory with a professional-grade innovation project.

Foundations: Comparison of global systems and clinical case exploration
Problem-Mapping: Ideation kickoff and finalizing a "How Might We" statement
Research Phase: Research planning, task allocation, and share-out of findings
Solution Design: Brainstorming 8–12 concepts and selecting a final direction
Development: Creating draft prototypes, storyboards, and concept models
Drafting: Building the draft slide deck for internal review
Mentor Review: Rehearsal with medical mentor for reality-check feedback
Final Presentation: Presentation event, career Q&A, and reflection
